Polices

Rental Policies

  • Customers must be 25 years or older.
  • Customers must have a valid driver's license.
  • Customers must have a photo I.D.
  • Visa and Mastercard accepted..
  • The credit card used must have a sufficient balance to cover the total rental fee plus 20%.
  • The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
  • Displayed rates are subject to change.
  • The state of Sinaloa requires public-liability insurance.

Cancellation Policies

  • Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before their scheduled pickup, otherwise they will be charged for one day's rental fee.

Insurance

  • The sinaloa law, demand a third parties damage proteccion. Art 86 Sinaloa transit  law. The client could show a policy or ask for the AGA Rent a Car insurance.
